Main Features
Material and Structure: The valve body and core are made of duplex stainless steel F51, combining the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel and the high strength of ferritic stainless steel. It can effectively resist chloride ion stress corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion. The two-piece design features a compact structure, light weight, and convenient installation.
Sealing Performance: Adopts advanced sealing technology to ensure zero leakage under normal and extreme conditions. The floating seat design tightly contacts the ball through spring preload, providing reliable bi-directional sealing.
Operational Performance: Handwheel operation with low operating torque, flexible opening and closing. Pneumatic or electric actuators can be optionally equipped to achieve automated control.
Safety and Environmental Protection: Fire-safe design complies with API 607 and API 6FA standards. Anti-static design meets BS 5351 standards.
