Forged Steel Angle Globe Valve is a high-performance forged angle globe valve engineered for rigorous industrial services requiring precise flow regulation and reliable tight shut-off. Constructed with integrally forged valve body, the valve delivers superior mechanical strength and outstanding impact resistance, ideally suited for high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive working conditions in petroleum, natural gas, chemical and power industries. Its 90-degree angle flow path minimizes pressure drop during fluid direction change and saves pipeline installation space for compact layout environments. The valve can be fitted with manual or pneumatic actuators to realize accurate flow control and positive isolation sealing.

Structural Features

  • Forged Valve Body: Integrally forged from multiple grades including A105, F304 and F316, the body features compact grain structure free of casting defects with enhanced mechanical strength and pressure bearing capability.

  • Angle Type Construction: The 90-degree flow layout saves roughly 50% piping space compared with straight pattern globe valves and cuts overall installation cost.

  • Optional Bellows Seal Structure: Optional bellows seal construction achieves zero external leakage to satisfy stringent environmental protection standards.

  • Disc Guided Design: Precisely guided disc guarantees central alignment upon closure, improving sealing stability and extending service life.

  • Hardfaced Sealing Surfaces: Seat and disc sealing faces are overlaid with Stellite alloy to gain excellent wear and corrosion resistance for longer service cycle.

  • Backseat Structure: Equipped with backseat, packing can be replaced with valve fully open to enable in-line maintenance.

  • Anti-Blowout Stem Design: Anti-blowout stem complies with API 623 specification to secure safe field operation.

  • Anti-Static Device: Built-in anti-static component eliminates static accumulation for service with flammable and explosive fluids.

  • Pressure Seal Bonnet: High-pressure versions adopt pressure self-tightening seal design which provides tighter sealing effect as medium pressure rises.
