Forged High Pressure Globe Valve for Industrial Pipeline Service is a forged globe valve engineered exclusively for high-pressure industrial pipeline systems. Manufactured via one-piece forging technology, it delivers outstanding pressure resistance and robust structural integrity. Designed for fluid shutoff and flow regulation under severe service conditions, this valve is widely deployed in high-pressure piping systems across petroleum, natural gas, power generation, chemical and other industries. Precisely machined disc and seat pairing enables dependable sealing even under extreme differential pressure. Forged High Pressure Globe Valve for Industrial Pipeline Service


Structural Features

  • Forged Valve Body: Made of premium carbon steel or alloy steel via one-piece forging, free of casting defects with dense grain structure, featuring much stronger pressure-bearing performance than cast valves.

  • Y-Type or T-Type Flow Passage: Optimized internal flow channel effectively lowers fluid resistance and pressure drop to improve overall pipeline operational efficiency.

  • Disc Guiding Structure: Precision positioning structure ensures accurate centering between disc and seat, reducing part abrasion and extending service life.

  • Stellite Hardfaced Sealing Surface: Seat and disc sealing areas are overlaid with Stellite alloy, featuring excellent erosion and wear resistance.

  • Pressure-Sealed Bonnet: Adopts self-tightening pressure sealing for high-pressure working conditions; sealing effect gets better as medium pressure increases.

  • Rising Stem Structure: Optional outside screw & yoke or inside screw & yoke configuration; outside screw design allows operators to directly check open/closed status visually.

  • Back Seat Structure: Secondary sealing forms between stem and bonnet when valve fully opens, enabling onsite packing replacement without dismantling the whole valve.

  • Flanged & Butt-Weld End Connection: Available with RF raised-face flange and BW butt-weld two connection types to fit different installation requirements.
