J-VALVES
Structural Features
Forged Stainless Steel Material: The valve body is forged from A351 CF8 stainless steel, which has high strength and good corrosion resistance. It can resist the erosion of various chemical media and extend the valves service life.
Socket Welding Connection: Adopts a socket welding connection method to ensure reliable installation and tight sealing, suitable for high-pressure and medium flow rate conditions.
Cryogenic Design: The valve undergoes deep cryogenic treatment, enabling it to adapt to extremely low-temperature environments and ensuring reliable operation under low-temperature conditions.
Floating Ball Design: The ball can float freely under the pressure of the medium and fits tightly with the valve seat to form an excellent sealing effect, ensuring no leakage risk.
Fire-Safe Design: Complies with the API 607 standard. Even in case of fire, the valve can maintain sealing performance to prevent medium leakage and ensure system safety.
Anti-Static Device: Equipped with a built-in anti-static device, which effectively prevents static accumulation, reduces the risk of fire and explosion, and is particularly suitable for controlling flammable and explosive media.
Compact Design: Small in size and light in weight, it is easy to install and integrate into existing systems, saving space.
Multiple Operation Modes: Can be equipped with manual, pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators to achieve remote and automated control.
