J-VALVES
Structural Features
Cast Steel Material: The valve body is made of high-quality cast steel, which has high strength and good corrosion resistance. It can resist the erosion of various chemical media and extend the service life of the valve.
Floating Ball Design: The ball can float freely under the action of medium pressure and fits tightly with the valve seat, forming a good sealing effect and ensuring no leakage risk.
Flange Connection: Adopting a standard flange connection method that complies with the ASME B16.5 standard, ensuring the reliability and sealing performance of installation.
ISO5211 Mounting Pad: Equipped with an ISO5211 mounting pad, it facilitates the installation and replacement of actuators, enhancing the flexibility of the system and the convenience of maintenance.
Fire Safety Design: Compliant with the API 607 standard, the valve can still maintain sealing performance in case of fire, preventing medium leakage and ensuring system safety.
Anti-Static Device: Built-in anti-static device effectively prevents static accumulation, reduces the risk of fire and explosion, and is particularly suitable for the control of flammable and explosive media.
Compact Design: With small size and light weight, it is easy to install and integrate into existing systems, saving space.
Multiple Operation Modes: It can be equipped with manual, pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators to achieve remote automatic control.
