A105N Forged Steel Body: The valve body is produced from ASTM A105N forged steel with dense grain structure, outstanding mechanical property and superior pressure bearing capacity to adapt to high-pressure working conditions.
Integrally Forged Large Bore Body: The 12-inch DN300 large-size body adopts integral forging craft to remove potential casting defects and guarantee uniform wall thickness and integral structural stability.
Straight-Through Flow Path Design: Fluid flows linearly along the central line of valve seat with low flow resistance and small pressure drop, fit for working conditions needing accurate flow adjustment.
Rising Disc Structure: The disc lifts vertically along the central axis of valve stem, causing slight abrasion on sealing surfaces and tight shutoff, achieving linear flow adjustment performance.
Flanged Connection: Equipped with RF raised face flange connection conforming to ASME B16.5 standard, ensuring stable installation and good tightness for large-caliber pipeline systems.
Pressure-Seal Bonnet: Pressure-seal bonnet is adopted for Class300 high pressure service. Higher medium pressure brings better sealing effect to effectively avoid external medium leakage.
Stellite Hard Alloy Overlay Sealing Surface: Both seat and disc sealing surfaces are hardfaced with Stellite alloy, featuring great wear and corrosion resistance to prolong valve service life.
Backseat Structure: When the valve is fully opened, the disc forms metal sealing with bonnet backseat, allowing on-site packing replacement and preventing medium leakage outward.
Anti-Blowout Stem Design: The bottom of valve stem is fixed by T-type head or pin structure to prevent stem blowout under internal medium pressure and guarantee safe operation.
Handwheel & Bevel Gear Operation: Standard bevel gear device is matched for 12-inch large bore to lower operating torque for easy opening and closing; electric actuator is optional to realize remote automatic control.
