Product Features
Three-piece Valve Body Structure: The valve body consists of three parts, which facilitates installation and maintenance while ensuring the overall strength and sealing performance of the valve.
Trunnion Design: The stem is fixed in the valve body through a supporting structure, reducing the operating torque and improving the stability and reliability of the valve.
Two Options of Full Bore and Reduced Bore: The full bore design reduces fluid resistance, while the reduced bore design can lower the cost of the valve, making it suitable for different working conditions.
Multiple Sealing Forms: It provides two sealing forms, soft sealing (such as PTFE, RPTFE) and hard sealing (such as alloy steel, cemented carbide), to meet the requirements of different media and working conditions.
Fire-safe Design: Complying with the API 607 standard, when the non-metallic seals are burned in a fire, the metal seat can closely fit the ball relying on the spring force to prevent the spread of fire and the leakage of the medium.
Anti-static Device: It prevents the accumulation of static electricity generated by the friction between the ball and the seat, avoiding potential safety hazards caused by static sparks.
Emergency Sealing System: Equipped with an auxiliary sealing system, it can inject sealant for emergency repair when the sealing surface is damaged, prolonging the service life of the valve.
Automatic Pressure Relief Function: When the pressure in the middle cavity rises abnormally, the valve can relieve the pressure through an automatic pressure relief device to ensure the safety of the system.
Multiple Driving Methods: Manual, worm gear, pneumatic, electric and other driving methods can be selected to meet different operation requirements.
