Fully Welded Ball Valve
J-VALVES fully welded ball valve is made of sheet metal forged and welded. The weight is about 10~20% lighter than the bolted structure, and the valve volume is also smaller. At the same time, it also reduces the external leakage point of the valve and improves the reliability of the valve. Different drive modes can be used to meet the control requirements of different industrial and mining valves. Fully welded ball valves are widely used in long-distance natural gas pipelines and buried pipelines that contain hydrogen sulfide and other serious corrosion, and have a long service life.

3.Fully Welded Ball Valve Product Feature:
l Since the valve seat is composed of a carbonized Teflon sealing ring and a disc spring, it has strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, and will not produce any leakage within the marked pressure and temperature range.
l The processing of the sphere is tracked by an advanced computer detector, so the processing accuracy of the sphere is high.
l The sealing ring body is made of 25% Carbon (carbon) RPTFE material to ensure no leakage.
l PTFE/RPTFE/PEEK/NYLON seat seal( Seat seal material could be decided by customer's request or according to valve's medium & temp. condition).
l The fully welded ball valve can adjust the length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline.
l Operation: Hand wheel, Worm wheel,Gear, Pneumatic actuator & Electric Actuator.
