Structural Features
Triple-offset design: The axis of the valve stem deviates from the center of the valve disc and the center of the valve body. Meanwhile, the center line of the sealing conical surface forms a certain angle of eccentricity with the center line of the pipeline. This design enables the valve disc to instantly separate from the valve seat when opening, and realizes sealing through the mutual extrusion of elastic or metal sealing pairs when closing. It effectively avoids the friction between the valve disc and the valve seat, reduces wear, prolongs the service life and also reduces the operating torque at the same time.
Hard-seal structure: It adopts the combination of metal hard seal or metal and elastic seal. The sealing surface usually uses wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and hard alloy, which has good sealing performance and can operate stably in high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosive environments to achieve zero leakage.
Multiple sealing rings: The valve disc is equipped with multiple sealing rings to enhance the sealing performance. It can maintain excellent sealing effect whether under low-temperature or high-temperature conditions, and at the same time improve the service life of the valve and the convenience of operation.
Bidirectional sealing function: It has the ability of bidirectional sealing. The installation is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium and the spatial position. It can be installed in any direction, making it more flexible to use.
