J-VALVES
CF8M Stainless Steel DN65 Single Plate Swing Check Valve
Product Features:
Strong Corrosion Resistance: Made of CF8M stainless steel, it can resist the corrosion of various chemical media.
Single-Disc Design: With a compact structure, light weight, it is convenient for installation and maintenance.
Quick Response: Under the action of forward fluid pressure, the valve can open quickly; when the fluid stops flowing or flows in the reverse direction, the valve can close rapidly to prevent the reverse flow of the fluid.
Good Sealing Performance: High-quality sealing materials are used to ensure that there is no leakage within the working pressure range of the valve.
Fire-Safe Design: Some models adopt a fire-safe design and can still maintain the integrity of the seal in emergency situations such as fires.
Multiple Connection Methods: It provides various connection methods such as flange connection and butt welding connection to meet the needs of different pipeline systems.
Wide Range of Applications: It is applicable to various media such as water, oil, gas, weak acids and weak alkalis, and the general working temperature range is from -20°C to 200°C (-4°F to 392°F).
Technical Specifications:
Nominal Diameter: 1"~40" (DN25~DN1000)
Working Pressure: 150LB (PN10~PN16)
Working Temperature: -20°C~200°C (-4°F~392°F)
Connection Method: Flange connection, butt welding connection.
Valve Body Material: CF8M stainless steel
Sealing Materials: PTFE, RPTFE, PPL, etc.
Manufacturing Standards: API 609, ANSI B16.34, ISO 5208 and other international standards.
Testing Standards: API 598, EN 12266-1, etc.
Working Principle:
Forward Flow: When the fluid enters the valve from the inlet end, the fluid pressure overcomes the resistance of the spring and lifts the valve disc from the valve seat, allowing the fluid to pass through the valve smoothly.
Reverse Flow or Stopped Flow: When the fluid stops flowing or flows in the reverse direction, the pressure of the fluid acts on the valve disc, pushing the valve disc to close and closely fit the valve seat to prevent the reverse flow of the fluid.
Application Areas:
Oil & Gas Industry: Used for controlling oil and gas transmission pipelines to ensure smooth fluid flow and safe shutdown.
Chemical Industry: Suitable for the transportation and control of chemical media such as acids, alkalis and solvents.
Water Treatment Industry: Used in the filtration, transportation and distribution processes in water treatment systems to ensure the smooth flow of water and the efficient operation of the system.
Food & Beverage Industry: Due to its good hygienic performance and corrosion resistance, it can be used for material transportation and control in the production process of food and beverages.
Pharmaceutical Industry: Used to control the flow of liquids and gases in the pharmaceutical production process.
Building & Municipal Engineering: Used in building water supply and drainage systems and municipal water supply pipe networks to control the distribution and cut-off of water flow.

A Swing Check Valve is a mechanical valve designed to prevent reverse flow in industrial piping systems. Unlike manually operated valves, it works automatically according to the direction and pressure of the fluid, making it an important component for protecting pumps, compressors, pipelines, and other downstream equipment.
In industrial piping systems, solid particles, welding debris, rust, and other contaminants can negatively affect pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and instrumentation. A Y Type Strainer provides a practical solution by continuously filtering unwanted particles from the process medium before they reach sensitive downstream equipment.

The Triple Offset Lug Butterfly Valve is an advanced quarter-turn valve designed for demanding industrial applications where reliable shut-off, low operating torque, and long service life are important. Compared with conventional concentric butterfly valves, the triple offset configuration changes the geometry between the shaft, disc, and sealing surfaces, significantly reducing friction during valve operation.
Choosing centerline flange butterfly valves for engineering projects is more than price comparison. Based on API 609, ISO 5208 & GB standards, this guide covers selection rules & quality verification to avoid seal failure and parameter mismatch for reliable fluid‑control procurement.
In industrial pipeline systems, filtration equipment plays an essential role in protecting pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and other critical components from solid particles and mechanical impurities. Among various filtration solutions, Y Strainer and Basket Strainer are two of the most widely used designs.
