Integrated forged steel body: Main body materials include A105, LF2, F304 and F316 forgings with uniform metallographic structure, excellent impact resistance and high-temperature creep resistance, resisting deformation and leakage under high pressure.
Y-shaped diversion flow channel: 30°-45° inclined sedimentation chamber allows impurities to naturally settle at the bottom of the screen, achieving smooth medium flow, low pressure loss and anti-clogging performance.
Quick-disconnect bolted bonnet: Standard bolted sealing structure enables fast disassembly without special tooling. The screen can be taken out, cleaned and replaced in a short time to drastically reduce downtime.
Customizable blowdown structure: Threaded holes reserved on the bonnet for optional stainless steel blowdown plugs or small blowdown valves to discharge slag online without full disassembly of the strainer cavity.
