3PC Stainless Steel Flanged Ball Valve.The J-VALVES Style Split-Body full port flanged end ball valves employ investment or shell cast bodies & tailpieces, all produced from ASTM grade materials that are properly heat treated and chemically finished. All wall thicknesses comply with ASME B16.34 as do bolting stress levels.
Industrial and Oil/Gas piping applications requiring the higher flow capacity and lower pressure drop of full port internal flow-ways, and those applications where ease of repairability is desired.
Stainless Steel Floating Ball Valve,floating Ball Valves are designed, constructed, and tested according to API and ASME/ANSI Standards. Other international standards including BS and DIN are also available upon request.

2. Technical Parameters
Nominal Pressure: Generally PN16, PN40, etc., which can be selected according to actual needs.
Working Temperature: -20℃ to 200℃ or higher, depending on the sealing material and working conditions.
Connection Method: Flange connection, in line with international standards such as DIN and ANSI.
Caliber Range: Ranging from DN15 to DN100, which can meet different flow requirements.
Material: The valve body is usually made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, the ball and valve stem are mostly SS316, and the sealing element is PTFE, etc.
Testing Standards: Pressure and sealing tests are carried out in accordance with standards such as GB/T-13927 and API 598 to ensure the quality and performance of the valve.
