The selected forged F316L stainless steel material contains a high proportion of alloy elements such as nickel and chromium. With dual protection, it exhibits outstanding resistance to various strongly corrosive media, ranging from chlorine-containing solutions to acidic chemical raw materials, significantly prolonging its service life and reducing equipment replacement frequency.
By using advanced forging technology, the steel is repeatedly forged and shaped under high temperature and pressure. The internal grains are refined, and the structure is dense and uniform. Compared with the pores, porosity and other defects that are likely to occur in traditional casting, the strength of forged F316L components is increased by about 30%, and the toughness is enhanced by nearly 25%, greatly reducing the risk of leakage and laying a solid foundation for the reliable operation of the system.
The innovative 3PC three-piece structure features a modular design for the valve body, bonnet and ball assembly. During installation, each component can be accurately docked, and during maintenance, the damaged parts can be quickly disassembled and replaced.
