Main Features
Integral Forged Steel Material: The valve body is made of integral forged steel (A105), featuring high strength, high toughness, and excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for high-pressure and harsh working conditions.
Flange Connection: Adopts RF (Raised Face) connection method, conforming to ANSI B16.5 standard, with reliable sealing performance and easy integration with pipeline systems.
Swing-Type Structure: The disc adopts a swing design, which automatically opens when the medium flows and closes when the medium flows in the reverse direction, ensuring one-way flow of the medium and preventing backflow.
High Sealing Performance: Equipped with high-quality sealing materials to ensure zero leakage under high-pressure conditions. The tight fit between the disc and the valve seat can effectively prevent medium backflow.
Fire-Safe Design: Complies with API 607 fire safety standards, ensuring sealing performance is maintained even in extreme situations such as fires.
Anti-Static Design: Prevents static accumulation caused by medium flow, improving safety.
