Design Features
Forged Carbon Steel Material: Forged carbon steel has high strength, high toughness, and excellent anti-fatigue performance. It can endure extreme temperatures and high-pressure environments and is suitable for a variety of corrosive media.
Three-Piece Flanged Design: The 3PC flanged design facilitates quick disassembly and maintenance. The internal components can be replaced without removing the entire valve from the pipeline, greatly reducing maintenance time and costs.
Short Stem Structure: The short stem design reduces the overall height of the valve, making it more suitable for installation environments with limited space. Meanwhile, it improves the rigidity of the structure and reduces the possibility of stem deflection and vibration.
Axial Support Design: With an axial support mechanism, the ball is supported by the upper and lower shafts, and the load is evenly distributed. This reduces the wear of the ball and the valve seat, extends the service life, and improves the operational stability.
