Main Features
Material Advantage: The main components such as the valve body and the valve disc are usually made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance and can be applicable to various media, such as water, oil, steam, gas, etc.
Sealing Performance: Equipped with high-performance sealing materials like PTFE, it ensures that the valve can achieve reliable sealing under various working conditions.
Flexible Installation: It adopts threaded connection. The connection method is simple and the installation is convenient. It can be installed vertically upwards or horizontally as needed.
Reliable Operation: It automatically controls the opening and closing of the valve disc relying on the pressure of the fluid itself. It doesn't require external power, is easy to operate and has low maintenance costs.

Installation and Maintenance
Before Installation: Check whether the inside of the valve is clean and make sure there is no impurity blocking the valve disc. Check whether the threaded connection is intact, without damage or burrs.
During Installation: Pay attention to the flow direction mark on the valve and make sure the fluid flow direction is consistent with the mark. When installing, tighten the threads, but avoid excessive force that may cause damage.
Maintenance: Regularly check the sealing performance of the valve and the flexibility of the valve disc. If there is any abnormality, repair or replace the components in time.
