Product Features
Full bore design: It provides a full bore flow path, reduces flow resistance and improves the efficiency of medium flow, especially suitable for the transportation of large-flow media.
Forged steel material: The valve body is made of ASTM A105 forged steel material, which has high strength, good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and is applicable to a variety of harsh working conditions.
Flange connection: The flange connection method conforming to the ANSI B16.5 standard is adopted to ensure the firmness and sealing of the connection, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
Raised face flange: The flange sealing surface adopts a raised face design to provide better sealing performance.
Anti-blowout design of the valve stem: The anti-blowout design is adopted between the valve stem and the valve body to ensure that the valve stem will not blow out due to pressure under high-pressure working conditions.
Fireproof design: It complies with the API 607 fireproof standard to ensure that the sealing performance can still be maintained in extreme situations such as fires.
Anti-static design: Springs are installed between the valve body, the ball and the valve stem to ensure the charge continuity among metal parts, prevent electrostatic accumulation and reduce the risks of fire and explosion.
Emergency sealing injection device: The emergency sealing injection device is equipped in the valve seat and valve stem sealing areas. When the seals are leaked due to wear or damage, the sealing performance can be temporarily restored by injecting sealant, which extends the service life of the valve and reduces maintenance costs.
