Structural Features
CF8M Stainless Steel Valve Body: Precision cast from CF8M (316 stainless steel) containing 2–3% molybdenum, providing excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, suitable for corrosive media and marine environments.
Triple Eccentric Design: The triple eccentric structure eliminates friction between the disc and seat during opening and closing; contact occurs only at the moment of full closure, significantly extending seal life and achieving zero-leakage sealing.
Metal-to-Metal Sealing: The disc sealing surface is hardfaced with Stellite alloy or nickel-based alloy, while the seat is made of solid metal or hardfaced with wear-resistant alloy. It features high temperature resistance and erosion resistance, ideal for high-temperature, high-pressure conditions and media containing solid particles.
Large-Bore High-Pressure Design: 24" (DN600) large bore with Class 900 (PN150) pressure rating. Wall thickness is calculated in accordance with ASME B16.34. Critical components including body, disc and stem are verified by finite element analysis to ensure structural integrity under high-pressure large-bore conditions up to 15 MPa.
