Structural Features
CF8M Stainless Steel Valve Body: Precision cast from CF8M (316 stainless steel) containing 2–3% molybdenum, providing excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, suitable for corrosive media and marine environments.
Triple Eccentric Design: The triple eccentric structure eliminates friction between the disc and seat during opening and closing; contact occurs only at the moment of full closure, significantly extending seal life and achieving zero-leakage sealing.
Metal-to-Metal Sealing: The disc sealing surface is hardfaced with Stellite alloy or nickel-based alloy, while the seat is made of solid metal or hardfaced with wear-resistant alloy. It features high temperature resistance and erosion resistance, ideal for high-temperature, high-pressure conditions and media containing solid particles.
Large-Bore High-Pressure Design: 24" (DN600) large bore with Class 900 (PN150) pressure rating. Wall thickness is calculated in accordance with ASME B16.34. Critical components including body, disc and stem are verified by finite element analysis to ensure structural integrity under high-pressure large-bore conditions up to 15 MPa.
Flanged Connection: RF (Raised Face) or RTJ (Ring Type Joint) flanged connections in compliance with ASME B16.5, ensuring reliable installation and sealing performance for large-bore high-pressure applications.
Bidirectional Sealing Performance: The triple eccentric structure combined with a flexible metal seat achieves bidirectional zero-leakage sealing to meet requirements of bidirectional flow conditions.
Fire-Safe Design: Complies with API 607 standard. The metal sealing structure is inherently fire-safe and maintains sealing functionality under fire conditions.
Anti-Static Device: An anti-static device is installed between the stem and body to ensure continuous electrostatic conduction, meeting safety requirements for explosive hazardous areas.
Anti-Blowout Stem Design: The stem features a top-mounted anti-blowout structure with an internal retaining shoulder to prevent stem ejection under abnormal pressure, ensuring operational safety.
