ASME B16.34 C95800 Top Entry Threaded Floating Ball Valve (Full Port, Low Resistance Design) is a high-performance top-entry threaded floating ball valve, engineered for industrial applications requiring low flow resistance, high corrosion resistance and reliable sealing. Manufactured from C95800 (Nickel Aluminum Bronze), the valve features excellent seawater corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, making it ideal for marine engineering, seawater desalination, shipboard systems, chemical, oil and gas industries.
Its top-entry structure allows in-line maintenance without removing the valve body. Threaded end connection (NPT/BSPT) simplifies installation. The full-port low-resistance design minimizes pressure drop and improves system energy efficiency.

Structural Features

  • Nickel Aluminum Bronze Material (C95800): The valve body is made of ASTM B148 C95800 nickel aluminum bronze, delivering outstanding seawater corrosion resistance, cavitation resistance and wear resistance, suitable for marine and chlorine-containing medium environments.

  • Top Entry Design: The bonnet opens from the top, enabling in-line disassembly and replacement of internal parts such as ball and seat. No need to remove the valve from the pipeline, greatly cutting maintenance downtime.

  • Full Port Design: The bore diameter of the ball matches the pipeline inner diameter, featuring an ultra-low flow resistance coefficient (high Cv value) and minimal pressure drop, perfect for systems with strict flow rate and energy efficiency requirements.
