Main Features
Material Advantage: Made of CF8M stainless steel, it has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high strength, enabling it to adapt to various harsh working conditions and extend the service life of the valve.
Design Standard: It is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with the API 603 standard and simultaneously meets the requirements of relevant standards such as ASME B16.34 and ASME B16.5, ensuring the structural strength, sealing performance and dimensional accuracy of the valve.
Sealing Performance: Adopting the design of a flexible wedge-shaped disc and an integral seat ring, it has a good sealing effect and can achieve bidirectional sealing, effectively preventing media leakage.
Easy Operation: Equipped with an outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) structure, the handwheel operation is simple and convenient. The valve stem adopts a precision ACME thread, and its surface treatment is suitable for sealing. During the operation process, the open and closed state of the valve can be clearly observed.
Low Fugitive Emissions: The valve stem packing is designed for optimal control of fugitive emissions leakage. Ultra-low emission leakage rates are ensured through the polished valve stem sealing area, the reduced diameter distance and the specially designed packing, meeting environmental protection requirements.
