Main Features
Metal Sealing: Metal-to-metal sealing is adopted, which has higher wear resistance and high-temperature resistance, and is suitable for handling highly corrosive media.
Pneumatic Single-acting Spring Actuator: Equipped with a pneumatic actuator that supports single-acting operation. When the air source fails, the spring can automatically return the valve to the safe position, ensuring the safety of the system.
Stem Design: The valve stem is supported by bearings, which reduces the operating torque and improves the stability and reliability of the valve. It is especially suitable for large-diameter and high-pressure working conditions.
Fire Safety Design: It complies with the API 607 fire safety standard and can maintain its sealing performance in extreme situations such as fires.
Anti-static Device: It has a built-in anti-static device to ensure electrical continuity among the valve stem, ball, and valve body, reducing the safety risks caused by static electricity.
