1" 2500LB Globe Valve is a small‑bore ultra‑high‑pressure globe valve designed for medium shut‑off and flow regulation under extreme high‑pressure working conditions. Sized at 1‑inch (DN25) bore with ANSI Class 2500 (PN420) ultra‑high‑pressure rating, its valve body is forged or cast from high‑strength alloy steel, delivering outstanding mechanical strength and pressure‑bearing capacity. Featuring an Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) bonnet‑stand design combined with a precision‑machined conical disc, the valve achieves reliable sealing and accurate flow modulation. It is particularly suitable for high‑pressure injection, sampling, pressure relief and critical‑point control in petroleum, natural gas, chemical, power and coal‑chemical industries, ensuring safe system operation under ultra‑high‑pressure service conditions.

Structural Features

  • High‑strength alloy steel material: The valve body is integrally forged or precision‑cast from ASTM A105N high‑strength alloy steel, featuring excellent pressure‑bearing capacity and fatigue resistance.

  • Small‑bore ultra‑high‑pressure specification: 1‑inch (DN25) nominal bore combined with Class 2500 (PN420) ultra‑high‑pressure rating, meeting shut‑off and modulation requirements for small‑flow ultra‑high‑pressure systems. Wall thickness, bolts and sealing structures are enhanced for the most severe service conditions.

  • Outside Screw and Yoke (OS&Y) stem design: Stem threads are located outside the valve body and completely isolated from process media to avoid corrosion and contamination. A heavy‑duty yoke supports the stem nut for stable operating torque. Stem travel is visually observable for clear indication of valve open/closed status and opening position, complying with API 602 requirements.

  • Pressure‑seal bonnet: For Class 2500 ultra‑high‑pressure rating, pressure‑seal bonnet construction delivers tighter sealing as process pressure rises. Octagonal metal ring gaskets or lens‑type gaskets are adopted between bonnet and valve body to guarantee positive sealing under ultra‑high‑pressure conditions.

  • Fire‑safe design: Compliant with API 607 standard. Metal‑to‑metal sealing maintains sealing performance under fire scenarios and prevents secondary hazards caused by media leakage.

  • Anti‑blow‑out stem: Top‑mounted anti‑blow‑out stem structure with multiple shoulders and retaining rings prevents stem ejection under abnormal overpressure for operational safety.

  • Back‑seat sealing design: When the valve is fully open, a metal seal forms between stem and bonnet, permitting on‑line packing replacement without system depressurization and minimizing downtime.

  • Flexible graphite packing: High‑purity flexible graphite packing offers wide temperature range (-200℃ ~ +600℃), good self‑lubrication and superior sealing performance. A packing grease injection fitting is available for emergency sealing.

  • Guide rib design: Guide ribs on the disc ensure precise alignment between disc and seat during opening and closing, mitigating vibration and cavitation‑induced damage under high differential pressure and extending sealing surface service life.

  • Compact reinforced construction: Extremely compact small‑bore ultra‑high‑pressure design with heavy wall thickness optimized for high‑pressure service to guarantee structural integrity and long‑term reliability.
