Design Features
One-piece Forged Body:Valve body is integrally forged from high-quality forged steels including A105, F304, F316, F11, F22, F91, featuring dense grain structure, free from casting defects, with pressure-bearing capacity significantly higher than cast steel valves.
High Pressure & High Temperature Adaptability:Design pressure ranges from Class 150LB to 2500LB, and temperature range covers -29℃ to +650℃, meeting requirements of supercritical and ultra-supercritical power units.
Flanged & Welded End Design:RF (Raised Face), RTJ (Ring Type Joint) or BW (Butt-Weld) ends complying with ASME B16.5/B16.11 standards, ensuring reliable sealing under high pressure.
Rising Stem Structure:External or internal threaded rising stem design. Stem nuts are made of copper alloy or stainless steel, wear and corrosion resistant, with stable operating torque.
Disc Sealing Technology:Flat, conical or spherical disc available. Seat is Stellite alloy hardfaced, erosion and galling resistant, allowing in-line lapping and repair.
Guiding & Anti-Vibration Design:Double upper-and-lower disc guiding or cage guiding structure prevents vibration and noise under high pressure differential, ensuring long-term stable operation.
Packing Sealing System:Multi-layer flexible graphite packing or bellows seal design meets API 622 low-emission requirements. Zero-leakage bellows seal structure is optional.
Flexible Operation Modes:Handwheel (standard), impact handwheel, gearbox, electric actuator, pneumatic/hydraulic actuator, supporting automated control integration.
Position Indication & Locking:Standard stem stroke indicator. Opening indicator, limit switches and locking device are optional to comply with safety operation regulations.
Special Service Adaptation:Jacketed insulation structure, bellows seal, degreasing treatment for oxygen service, nuclear-grade cleanliness requirements, etc., are available upon request.
