Extended Stem Design:Stem length customizable as required, with standard extension ranging from 150mm to 3000mm, positioning the operating unit above ground, on a platform or outside insulation layers, complying with API 6D requirements for buried valves.
Resilient Wedge / Metal Sealing:Resilient wedge (covered with NBR/EPDM) provides self-compensating sealing for bubble-tight shut‑off; metal-seated wedge with Stellite hardfacing is designed for high-temperature and high-pressure services.
Full Bore Design:Straight, unobstructed flow passage ensures extremely low pressure drop and excellent pigging capability, ideal for pipeline cleaning operations and high-viscosity media.
