Main Features
Low-platform design: The valve's operating handle is positioned low, facilitating installation and operation while saving space. It is suitable for use in confined spaces.
Floating ball structure: The ball can float freely under the pressure of the medium, ensuring reliable sealing performance. Even under low pressure, it can achieve a good sealing effect.
Full-bore design: There is no diameter reduction in the internal flow channel of the valve, resulting in low medium flow resistance and large flow rate. It is suitable for working conditions with high flow demand.
Stainless steel material: Main components such as the valve body and ball are made of high-quality stainless steel (e.g., 304, 316), which has good corrosion resistance and is applicable to various chemical media.
Fire-safe design: Compliant with the API 607 fire safety standard, it can maintain sealing in extreme situations such as fires to prevent medium leakage.
Blow-out proof stem design: The stem adopts a blow-out proof structure, which can ensure operational safety even under high-pressure working conditions and prevent the stem from being blown out.
Quick opening and closing: The valve can be fully opened or closed by rotating 90°, featuring simple and quick operation, and is suitable for working conditions requiring frequent operation.
Multiple sealing materials available: According to the working condition requirements, sealing materials such as PTFE and RPTFE can be selected to meet the needs of different temperatures and media.
