Bronze C95500 2PC 4" 150LB Flanged Floating Ball Valve is a high-performance nickel-aluminum bronze floating ball valve specially designed for applications involving seawater, marine environments and corrosive media. With a 4-inch (DN100) bore size and ANSI Class 150 (PN20) low-pressure rating, the valve body is precision cast from ASTM B148 C95500 nickel-aluminum bronze, delivering excellent seawater corrosion resistance, resistance to biofouling and good mechanical strength.Featuring a compact two-piece body structure, the floating ball design enables self-tightening sealing under media pressure, and the flanged connection ensures system reliability. This valve is particularly suitable for medium control and isolation in seawater and high-salinity corrosive environments such as ships, marine engineering, seawater desalination, coastal power plants and port facilities.

Structural Features

  • Nickel‑Aluminum Bronze C95500 Material:It delivers outstanding seawater‑corrosion resistance, exceptional resistance to seawater erosion‑corrosion and cavitation erosion, excellent anti‑biofouling performance to cut down marine organism deposits, satisfactory thermal conductivity and hot‑crack resistance.

  • Two‑Piece Body Design:The valve body consists of bolt‑connected left‑hand and right‑hand sections. Featuring compact layout and lightweight construction, it permits on‑site inspection, maintenance and replacement of internal components including balls and seats without detaching the whole valve from pipelines, hence shortening system downtime.

  • Floating‑Ball Structure:The ball is free to drift under medium pressure and presses tightly against valve seats for dependable sealing.
