Main Features
Material and Structure:
The valve body is made of stainless steel (such as CF8 or CF8M), capable of withstanding extremely low temperatures (as low as -196°C) and high-pressure environments.
The Outside Screw & Yoke (OS&Y) structure with external threads is equipped with a rising stem, intuitively displaying the opening and closing status of the valve.
The valve design complies with ANSI B16.34 and API 600 standards.
Sealing Performance:
Adopts metal-to-metal sealing, with the sealing surface using Cryogenic adaptive materials to ensure excellent sealing performance under Cryogenic conditions.
The valve is internally equipped with a pressure relief hole to prevent abnormal pressure accumulation in the cavity.
Cryogenic Adaptability:
The stem is designed with an extended length to prevent the packing box from freezing at low temperatures and protect the packing seal.
All materials have undergone strict Cryogenic impact toughness testing to ensure no brittle fracture occurs at extremely low temperatures.
Operational Performance:
Handwheel operation is suitable for manual control, and electric or pneumatic actuators can be optionally equipped for automated operation.
The valve features low operating torque, flexible opening/closing, and a long service life.
