The ASME B16.34 C95800 Top Entry Flanged Floating Ball Valve is a high-performance top-mounted flanged floating ball valve, specially designed for industrial applications requiring high reliability, excellent corrosion resistance and convenient maintenance.
Constructed from C95800 Nickel Aluminum Bronze, the valve delivers outstanding seawater corrosion resistance and high structural strength, ideal for harsh environments including marine engineering, seawater desalination, ship systems, chemical plants and coastal oil & gas facilities.
Adopting a top-entry structure, it allows in-line maintenance without removing the valve body. The RF flanged connection complies with ASME B16.5 standard to ensure reliable installation and tight sealing. It can be equipped with manual, pneumatic or electric actuators for easy on-site operation and maintenance.

Structural Features

  • C95800 Nickel Aluminum Bronze Material: The valve body is made of ASTM B148 C95800 nickel aluminum bronze, featuring excellent seawater corrosion resistance, cavitation resistance, anti-biofouling and wear resistance, perfectly suitable for marine and chlorine-containing medium service.

  • Top Entry Design: The bonnet is top-opened, enabling in-line disassembly and replacement of internal components such as ball, seat and sealing rings. No need to remove the valve from the pipeline, greatly cutting maintenance downtime and labor costs.

  • Floating Ball Structure: The ball can float freely under medium pressure and closely fit the downstream seat, achieving reliable bidirectional sealing performance.

  • Flanged Connection: Adopts RF (Raised Face) flanged end connection in accordance with ASME B16.5 standard, ensuring superior installation reliability, interchangeability and tightness.
