Structural Features


WCB Carbon Steel Construction: The valve body is made of ASTM A216 WCB cast carbon steel, offering high strength, excellent toughness, and superior pressure-bearing performance for high-pressure applications.

Flanged End Connections: RF (Raised Face) flanged connections in accordance with ASME B16.5 standards ensure installation reliability and sealing integrity.

Fire-Safe Design: Compliant with API 607/API 6FA standards, the valve maintains sealing performance even under fire conditions, preventing medium leakage.

Anti-Static Device: Built-in anti-static springs connect the body, ball, and stem to effectively prevent static electricity buildup, reducing fire and explosion risks.
