Design Features
ASTM A105N Normalized Forged Carbon Steel:The valve body is integrally forged from high‑quality ASTM A105N carbon steel and normalized, resulting in uniform refined grain structure. It offers tensile strength ≥485MPa and yield strength ≥250MPa, with impact toughness significantly superior to conventional A105. It meets the stringent pressure‑retaining requirements of PN160 class (16.0MPa) and is suitable for non‑corrosive ultra‑high‑pressure media including water, oil and gas.
Butt Weld (BW) Connection:The valve body is furnished with butt weld end bevels complying with EN 12627 and ASME B16.25, allowing full‑penetration welding to the pipeline.
