J-VALVES
Construction Features
A105N Normalized Forged Carbon Steel Material:The valve body is made of ASTM A105N forged steel. After normalizing heat treatment, the grain structure is refined and homogenized, improving low-temperature impact toughness by more than 30% compared with conventional A105. It satisfies service conditions from -29℃ to -46℃ and eliminates the risk of low-temperature brittle fracture.
Full Forged Structure:The valve body is integrally machined from forgings with dense grains and free of casting defects. Its pressure-bearing capacity and fatigue life are significantly superior to cast valves, making it especially suitable for 600LB medium-to-high pressure pulsating service.
Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Function:Equipped with two independent seats for bi-directional bubble-tight shut-off. A bleed/drain valve is provided in the valve body cavity, enabling online cavity pressure relief and seal integrity testing. It meets API 6D isolation requirements and prevents abnormal overpressure in the valve cavity.
Flanged or Butt-Weld End Connections:Adopts RF (Raised Face) flanges per ASME B16.5 or BW butt-weld ends per ASME B16.25. The connections feature high strength and reliable sealing under 600LB class pressure, adapting to various piping system requirements.
Fire-Safe Design:In compliance with API 607. In case of PTFE/RPTFE seal burnout, a secondary metal seal is formed between the metal ball and metal seat ring to prevent media leakage under fire conditions.
Anti-Static Device:Conductive springs are installed between the stem, ball and valve body to ensure continuous static dissipation, suitable for flammable and explosive media such as natural gas and crude oil.
Blowout-Proof Stem Design:The stem is designed with a bottom shoulder to prevent stem ejection under abnormal 600LB high-pressure conditions, ensuring personnel and equipment safety.
Emergency Seal Lubrication System:Lubrication injection valves are standard in the seat and stem areas. In emergency situations, sealant can be injected to restore temporary sealing and allow safe maintenance.
Compact and Lightweight:The 6-inch medium-to-high pressure design features moderate dimensions and controllable weight, facilitating installation and integration into skid-mounted equipment and station process modules.

Dual plate check valves are critical components in high-pressure industrial systems, providing reliable backflow prevention while minimizing pressure loss and maintaining system efficiency. When constructed from C95800 copper alloy, these valves combine corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and longevity, making them ideal for demanding applications such as petrochemical plants, marine pipelines, and high-pressure water systems.
Basket strainers are critical components in industrial piping systems, designed to protect pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and other equipment from debris and particulate contamination. To maximize efficiency and safety, two primary considerations are essential: pressure rating and flow optimization. Proper design and maintenance ensure reliable operation, reduced downtime, and energy efficiency.
Gate valves are critical components in industrial piping systems, providing reliable on/off control for fluids, steam, and gases. The bonnet design—bolted or welded—is a key factor affecting maintenance, pressure integrity, and operational efficiency. For C95800 bronze alloy gate valves, understanding the differences between bolted and welded bonnets helps engineers select the optimal configuration for their applications.
