Construction Features
Stainless Steel Material: The valve body is made of precision cast or forged stainless steel including CF8 (304), CF8M (316), CF3 (304L), CF3M (316L), etc., featuring excellent corrosion resistance to meet service conditions ranging from mildly corrosive to highly corrosive media.
Optional Structures: Straight Pattern / Angle Pattern / Y-Pattern
Straight Pattern (T-type): The most common structure with moderate flow resistance, suitable for general working conditions.
Angle Pattern (90° type): Changes flow direction by 90°, simplifies piping layout and saves elbows.
Y-Pattern (Oblique Stem Type): The flow passage is inclined in a Y-shape with flow resistance close to that of gate valves, ideal for high pressure differential and low flow resistance applications.
Precise Fit of Disc and Seat: The disc is replaceable. Hard metal sealing is achieved by hardfacing Stellite alloy on the sealing surfaces or using integral stainless steel; zero leakage is realized with embedded soft sealing materials such as PTFE and PPL.
Rising Stem Design: The stem drives the disc to lift vertically, featuring short opening/closing stroke and stable operating torque, suitable for frequent regulation services.
Optional Bellow Seal: The stem is equipped with a metal bellows seal to achieve zero external leakage at the stem, meeting requirements for toxic, flammable, valuable media or strict environmental regulations.
Back Seat Design: A metal seal is formed between the stem and bonnet at the full-open position, allowing online packing replacement and improving system availability.
Handwheel / Actuator Operation: Standard with handwheel operation; can be fitted with gear operators, pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators for remote control and automation.
Clear Flow Direction Indication: Flow arrow is cast on the valve body to ensure correct installation with low inlet and high outlet, optimizing sealing performance and service life.
