Three-Piece Body Construction: The valve body is split into left body, right body and central body, facilitating on-site in-line maintenance and internal component replacement without complete valve disassembly from pipeline.
Trunnion Mounted Ball Design: The ball is secured by upper and lower trunnion shafts; medium pressure is borne by valve seats instead of the ball, avoiding ball shifting and making the valve ideal for high-pressure and large-size applications.
Butt-Weld End Connection: End dimension complies with ASME B16.25 standard to form permanent high-integrity welded joints.
Dual-Seat Construction: Seats adopt Double Piston Effect (DPE) or Single Piston Effect (SPE) structure to realize bidirectional or unidirectional sealing performance respectively.
