Structural Features
WCB Cast Carbon Steel Body;Constructed from ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel, featuring high strength, good toughness, excellent castability and weldability, as well as outstanding cost performance. Suitable for medium-to-high pressure applications at ambient to moderate temperatures.
Extra-Large Bore Design:30-inch (DN750) extra-large bore design satisfies high-flow operating conditions. Optimized flow passage reduces turbulence and noise, enabling controllable pressure drop.
S-Type Flow Passage & Disc Structure:Built with an internal S-type flow passage for low inlet and high outlet medium flow. The disc lifts along the centerline of the seat, ensuring uniform wear on sealing surfaces, ideal for frequent opening/closing and throttling regulation.
Multiple Disc Types Available:Standard flat disc for general shut-off service、Conical/spherical disc for high-pressure sealing、Throttling/sleeve-type disc for precise flow control with a wide adjustable Cv range
Flanged or Butt-Weld End Connections:Equipped with RF (Raised Face) flanges (ASME B16.5) or BW butt-weld ends (ASME B16.25), delivering high connection strength and reliable sealing under 600LB medium-to-high pressure.
Fire-Safe Design:Compliant with API 607 standards. Flexible graphite packing and metal-sealed structures maintain sealing performance under fire conditions to prevent medium leakage.
Anti-Static Device:Conductive paths are installed between the stem, disc and body to ensure continuous static electricity dissipation, suitable for flammable and explosive media applications.
Blowout-Proof Stem Design:The stem bottom is equipped with a shoulder or retaining ring limit structure to prevent stem ejection under abnormal internal pressure, ensuring personnel and equipment safety.
