3 Way RF Flange Stainless Steel Floating Ball Valve
Product Features
Three-way design: It provides two port configurations, namely L-type and T-type, which can realize the switching and control of multiple fluid paths.
Floating ball design: The ball floats in the valve body and can automatically adapt to pressure changes to ensure the sealing performance.
Flange connection: It adopts the standard flange connection method, conforming to the ANSI B16.5 or DIN 2543 standard, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
Stainless steel material: The valve body and the ball are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel materials, which have good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Multiple sealing materials: Sealing materials such as PTFE, RPTFE and PPL can be selected, which are suitable for different working conditions.
Fireproof design: It complies with the API 607 fireproof standard to ensure that the sealing performance can still be maintained in extreme situations such as fires.
Anti-static design: Springs are installed between the valve body, the ball and the valve stem to prevent electrostatic accumulation and reduce the risks of fire and explosion.
Multiple operation modes: It is equipped with a manual operating mechanism, and gear transmission, electric or pneumatic actuators can also be optionally equipped.
