Design Features
A105N Normalized Forged Carbon Steel: The valve body is integrally forged from high‑quality ASTM A105N carbon steel and normalized to achieve fine and uniform grain structure. It offers tensile strength ≥485MPa and yield strength ≥250MPa, with impact toughness significantly superior to conventional A105. It meets the stringent pressure‑retaining requirements of Class 800 (approximately 136bar / 13.6MPa) and is suitable for non‑corrosive high‑pressure media including water, oil and gas.
Three‑Piece Body Structure: Composed of a main body and two side bodies, connected by high‑strength alloy steel bolts. The side bodies can be disassembled in‑line for replacement of seats, ball, seals and trim without removing the valve from ultra‑high‑pressure pipelines, greatly reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Floating Ball High‑Pressure Self‑Relieving Sealing: The floating ball has no fixed support shaft and floats slightly along the flow direction under medium pressure, forming a tight seal with the downstream seat.
