The 1-1/2" 300LB C95800 Gate Valve is a small-sized medium-pressure aluminum bronze gate valve complying with the American ANSI standard. It features a cast valve body made of C95800 (nickel-aluminum bronze), specifically engineered for applications in seawater, marine environments, and corrosive media.With a 1-1/2 inch size, this valve is suitable for low-flow conditions, while its 300LB pressure class meets the requirements of general industrial high-pressure systems. Design Features

  • C95800 Nickel-Aluminum Bronze Body: Precision-cast in accordance with ASTM B148 C95800 (aluminum bronze). The aluminum, iron and nickel elements form a dense aluminum oxide protective film, with seawater corrosion resistance only 1/50 that of carbon steel. Its cavitation erosion and scouring corrosion resistance far exceed those of stainless steel and duplex stainless steel. Nickel enhances corrosion resistance and strength, effectively inhibiting marine biofouling, making it suitable for long-term immersion in seawater environments.

  • 1‑1/2" Small Bore Design: Nominal diameter DN40 is ideal for low-flow medium delivery, a common specification for marine instrument lines, sampling lines, chemical injection lines and similar applications. Compact structure and easy installation.

  • 300LB Medium Pressure Class: Class 300 (PN50) pressure rating, with a maximum working pressure of 5.0 MPa at ambient temperature, suitable for medium-pressure seawater, cooling water, oil and chemical medium piping systems.

  • Flexible Wedge: Designed with an elastic groove in the middle of the wedge to automatically compensate for seat deformation, ensuring uniform contact of sealing surfaces and reliable sealing performance.

  • Wedge-Type Gate: Single-gate design that achieves sealing via medium pressure or external force, featuring simple structure and low flow resistance.

  • Full-Open / Full-Close Operation: When fully open, the flow passage matches the pipe inner diameter with minimal pressure drop. When fully closed, sealing surfaces fit tightly for dependable shut-off.

  • ANSI Standard Flanged Connection: RF (Raised Face) flanged connection conforming to ASME B16.5, enabling easy integration with North American and global ANSI standard piping systems with high installation interchangeability.

  • Fire-Safe Design: Compliant with API 607. In the event of soft seal burnout, metal-to-metal sealing between the gate and seat prevents medium leakage during fire conditions.

  • Blowout-Proof Stem: A limit structure is provided at the stem-wedge connection. Even under abnormal internal pressure, the stem remains retained in the valve body to ensure operational safety.

  • Low Operating Torque Design: Precision-machined contact surfaces between gate and seat, combined with high-quality grease, reduce opening and closing torque for easy manual or actuated operation.
