API6D 1500L F51 Stainless Steel Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves
Structural Features
Fixed ball design: The ball made of F51 stainless steel is fixed by the upper and lower valve stems, featuring high stability and being able to withstand higher pressures, avoiding the displacement of the ball caused by changes in the medium pressure.
Three-piece structure: The valve body is divided into three parts, which facilitates the installation and maintenance of internal components and simultaneously improves the overall strength and sealing performance of the valve.
Double block and bleed function: It has a double block function. When the valve is closed, the surfaces of the two valve seats can seal simultaneously to prevent the medium from flowing in from both ends. Meanwhile, the medium between the valve seats can be discharged to ensure safety.
Fireproof and anti-static: It complies with the API 607 fireproof standard and has an anti-static function, effectively preventing potential safety hazards caused by electrostatic accumulation.
Emergency sealing grease injection system: Grease injection valves are set at the valve seats and packing, and sealing grease can be injected in emergency situations to enhance the sealing performance and extend the service life of the valve.
Anti-blowout valve stem design: A multiple sealing structure is adopted between the valve stem and the valve body to prevent the valve stem from being blown out under the action of high-pressure media, ensuring the safety of operation.
