Design Features
Trunnion-mounted structure: The ball is fixed by two trunnion bearings, effectively reducing the operating torque and ensuring stability under high pressure conditions.
Sealing system: It adopts a two-way or one-way sealing mechanism. The sealing materials include PTFE, reinforced polymers or metal-to-metal designs, allowing for the selection of appropriate sealing materials according to the working conditions.
Fireproof design: It complies with the API 607/6FA fireproof testing standards and is suitable for flammable environments.
Anti-static design: It provides safety guarantees in working conditions where static electricity is easily generated.
