Pneumatic Single Acting Spring Return 3-Way Stainless Steel Trunnion Ball Valve
Main Features
Three-way Design:
L-type: The middle port can be connected to either side port or completely disconnected from all ports, but the two side ports cannot be directly connected to each other.
T-type: Any pair of ports can be connected, or all three ports can be connected simultaneously. However, at the 45-degree position, all ports may be completely disconnected, so careful operation is required.
Pneumatic Single-acting Spring-return Actuator: When the air source fails, the spring can automatically return the valve to the safe position, ensuring the safety of the system.
Stem Design: The valve stem is supported by bearings, which reduces the operating torque and improves the stability and reliability of the valve. It is especially suitable for large-diameter and high-pressure working conditions.
Fire Safety Design: It complies with the API 607 fire safety standard and can maintain its sealing performance in extreme situations such as fires.
Anti-static Device: It has a built-in anti-static device to ensure electrical continuity among the valve stem, ball, and valve body, reducing the safety risks caused by static electricity.
Anti-blowout Valve Stem Design: The valve stem design includes a protective sleeve to prevent the valve stem from being blown out under high pressure.
