J-VALVES
Forged Carbon Steel A105 Material:The valve body is integrally forged from ASTM A105 carbon steel, featuring a dense grain structure and excellent mechanical properties. It provides high strength and reliable pressure-bearing capacity, suitable for high-pressure working conditions and general corrosive media environments.
Four-Way Ball Design:The ball is designed with an L-port or T-port flow passage, enabling L-type or T-type flow direction control. Flow direction can be quickly switched by 90° rotation, simplifying the piping system and reducing the number of valves.
Pneumatic Actuator:Equipped with double-acting or single-acting (spring return) pneumatic actuators, with an air supply pressure of 0.4–0.7 MPa. It features rapid response and controllable opening and closing time. The single-acting type automatically resets to a safe position in case of air failure to ensure system safety.
ISO 5211 Top Flange:The connection between the actuator and the valve body adopts the ISO 5211 standard flange, facilitating the installation, disassembly and replacement of actuators, and is compatible with various pneumatic, electric and hydraulic actuators.
Flanged or Threaded Connection:Multiple connection methods are available, including flanged connection (RF, ASME B16.5) and threaded connection (NPT/BSP, ASME B1.20.1), to meet different installation requirements and ensure connection reliability.
Fire-Safe Design:Compliant with API 607 / API 6FA standards. The metal-to-metal sealing structure maintains sealing performance under fire conditions to prevent media leakage.
Anti-Static Device:Built-in anti-static spring and steel ball effectively conduct static electricity between the ball, stem and valve body, reducing fire and explosion risks and meeting requirements for hazardous area applications.
Anti-Blowout Stem Design:The valve stem adopts a bottom-entry anti-blowout structure with shaft shoulders and retaining rings, ensuring the stem will not be blown out by media pressure under abnormal internal pressure conditions to guarantee operational safety.
Emergency Manual Operation:The pneumatic actuator is equipped with a side-mounted manual device or a top handwheel, allowing emergency manual operation in case of air supply failure to maintain system controllability.
Optional Limit Switches and Positioners:Mechanical or inductive limit switches, solenoid valves and positioners (4–20mA signal) can be fitted to realize valve position feedback and precise regulating control.
