Structural Features
Forging Process: Valve body & cover made of high-quality forged materials, with high strength, toughness & corrosion resistance. Forging makes structure more compact, reduces welded parts, & improves strength & sealing performance.
Sealing Performance: Valve sealing surfaces precisely machined & ground, combined with high-quality sealing materials, achieving good sealing & zero leakage under high-pressure & high-temperature. Some valves use carbide hardfacing tech to enhance wear & corrosion resistance.
Diverse Connection Methods: Multiple connection methods like flange, threaded, welding connections provided to meet different pipeline installation needs. Flange connections comply with ANSI B16.5, DIN & JIS standards for compatibility & sealing.
Flexible Operation: Usually equipped with manual handwheel for easy operation, enabling valve opening & closing as needed. For large-diameter or high-pressure valves, electric, pneumatic or gear transmission devices can be optionally equipped for remote control & automation.
High Temperature & Pressure Resistance: Valve's main materials & sealing structures are specially designed & treated to withstand high working pressure & temperature. Some models can be applied to conditions with pressure up to 2500 pounds class & temperature from -29°C to 425°C or higher.
Convenient Maintenance: Valve's structural design considers maintenance convenience. Detachable valve covers & seats are used for part replacement & repair. Some valves have online maintenance function for sealing packing replacement & adjustment without disassembly.
