J-VALVES
Structural Features
Stainless Steel F304 Material:The valve body is precision cast of ASTM A351 CF8 (F304) austenitic stainless steel, delivering outstanding corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and stable mechanical properties. It fits various corrosive media and sanitary service conditions, with higher cost efficiency than F316.
Two-Piece Body Design:The valve body consists of left and right sections fastened by bolts. Featuring compact layout and light weight, it supports online maintenance and overhaul, enabling replacement of internal components including ball and seat without full valve disassembly, thus shortening equipment downtime.
Floating Ball Design:The ball floats freely under medium pressure and closely fits against the valve seat to form reliable sealing. Sealing relies on seat preload under low pressure; medium pressure augments sealing tightness at high pressure to realize self-tight sealing. This structure features simple construction and dependable sealingperformance.
Flanged End Connection:RF raised-face flanged connection complies with ASME B16.5 standard. Class 600 pressure rating guarantees installation stability and sealing integrity under high-pressure working conditions, facilitating integration with existing piping systems.
Fire-Safe Construction:Compliant with API 607 standard, the valve adopts metal-to-metal contact as backup fire-safe sealing. It retains sealing capacity even during fire accidents to stop medium leakage.
Anti-Static Device:Built-in anti-static springs and steel balls continuously conduct static electricity among ball, stem and body, lowering fire and explosion risks and meeting usage requirements for hazardous areas.
Blowout-Proof Stem Design:The stem adopts bottom-mounted blowout-proof structure equipped with shoulder and retaining ring. The structure prevents stem ejection caused by abnormal internal pressure and ensures operational safety.
ISO 5211 Top Flange:The stem top is fitted with ISO 5211 standard flange interface (available in F03/F04/F05 sizes). Pneumatic actuators, electric actuators and manual gearboxes can be directly mounted for remote control and automatic operation.
Compact & Lightweight Design:The small-bore two-piece structure is compact and ultra-light, suitable for installation in space-limited locations and reducing piping support load.
