Structural Features
Stainless Steel Material: The valve body, ball, and stem are all made of high-quality stainless steel (e.g., 304, 316), which has high strength and good corrosion resistance. It can resist the erosion of various chemical media and extend the valves service life.
Socket Weld Connection: Adopts a socket weld connection method to ensure reliable installation and tight sealing, suitable for high-pressure and medium flow rate conditions.
Lengthened Welding Design: The lengthened welding design provides additional connection length, ensuring more flexible and stable installation in complex pipeline systems.
Floating Ball Design: The ball can float freely under the pressure of the medium and fits tightly with the valve seat to form an excellent sealing effect, ensuring no leakage risk.
