Product Features
Double block and double discharge function: The valve is designed with a double block function to ensure that the medium is completely isolated when in the closed state. It also has a discharge function, which can safely discharge the medium in the valve cavity.
High-pressure design: It is applicable to the 900LB pressure rating and can withstand high-pressure working conditions.
Stainless steel material: The valve body is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel materials, which have good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Flange connection: The flange connection method conforming to the ANSI B16.5 standard is adopted to ensure the firmness and sealing of the connection.
Floating ball design: The ball floats in the valve body and can automatically adapt to pressure changes to ensure the sealing performance.
Fireproof design: It complies with the API 607 fireproof standard to ensure that the sealing performance can still be maintained in extreme situations such as fires.
Anti-static design: Springs are installed between the valve body, the ball and the valve stem to prevent electrostatic accumulation and reduce the risks of fire and explosion.
