The CHINA J-VALVES 24inch 900lb Carbon Steel LCB Flange Cryogenic Axial Flow Check Valve is a high-performance check valve specially designed for cryogenic applications. This valve is made of high-quality carbon steel (LCB), featuring high strength and excellent low-temperature performance, capable of meeting the strict requirements in extremely cryogenic environments. Its Axial Flow design ensures low flow resistance and rapid response, and is widely used in the transportation and control systems of cryogenic media such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), ethylene, oxygen, and hydrogen.

Main Features

  • Cryogenic application: The valve is specially designed and treated to be suitable for extremely Cryogenic

    environments (down to -196°C), ensuring no deformation or phase change under Cryogenic conditions.

  • Axial flow design: Based on the Venturi effect, the optimized design of the flow channel area allows for rapid full opening, reducing flow resistance. At the same time, it ensures quick closing when the flow rate decreases, avoiding water hammer effect.

  • Non-impact closing: Equipped with a spring-assisted system to achieve non-impact closing, reducing maintenance requirements and extending service life.

  • Quick response: The valve disc responds quickly to changes in flow rate, enabling rapid closing when the flow rate decreases to limit backflow and valve impact.

  • Compact design: With a compact structure and light weight, it is suitable for horizontal, vertical or inclined installation, saving space.

  • Fire safety certification: Compliant with API 607 and API 6FA fire safety standards, ensuring sealing performance is maintained even in extreme situations such as fires.

  • Multiple connection methods: Flange connections (RF, FF, etc.) are available, in line with ASME B16.47 standards.

  • Zero leakage design: No valve cover or other openings, ensuring no leakage paths and achieving zero emissions.
