Design Features
Standard Compliance: It complies with standards such as API 6D, API 608, ANSI B16.34, ANSI B16.5, and ANSI B16.10, ensuring the universality and compatibility of the product.
Structural Design: It adopts a two-piece or three-piece valve body structure and is connected by bolts, which enhances the stability and reliability of the valve. With the floating ball design, the ball is only supported by the valve stem and moves along with the direction of the fluid, sealing with the seat ring, improving the sealing performance and flexibility.
Sealing Performance: The valve seat uses two independent dynamic soft seat rings that are in contact with the floating ball and seal on one side of the valve according to the direction of the fluid, enhancing the sealing effect. Meanwhile, some models have a fire-safe design that complies with API 6FA and API 607 standards, enabling them to maintain the sealing performance even in extreme situations such as fires.
Operational Convenience: For larger diameter valves, a gear operator can be optionally equipped to facilitate the opening and closing operations of the valve. In addition, the valve can also be equipped with an ISO-5211 flange for the convenience of installing the operator.
Anti-static Device: Inconel springs and small balls are placed between the valve stem and the valve body as well as between the valve stem and the floating ball to prevent the accumulation of static electricity and improve the operational safety.

Valve Body Material: Mainly made of cast steel materials such as A105 and WCB, and other alloy steel materials can also be selected according to requirements.
