Design Features
Swing Type Structure: The valve disc rotates around the pin shaft outside the valve seat. When the medium passes through, the valve disc opens automatically. When the medium flows in the reverse direction, the valve disc closes automatically. It has flexible operation, good sealing performance, and relatively low flow resistance, which can effectively reduce the energy loss during the medium flow.
Forged Bronze Material: The valve body is made of ASTM B148 C95800 forged bronze. This material has high strength, high hardness and good corrosion resistance. It can adapt to various medium environments, including seawater, fresh water, oil products, etc., and has a long service life.
Threaded Connection: It adopts NPT threaded connection, which is convenient and quick to install, with reliable sealing. It is suitable for small and medium-sized pipeline systems and is convenient for seamless connection with existing pipeline systems.
