Design Features
Fireproof Design: It complies with standards such as API 607 and API 6FA. Even under extreme fire conditions, the metal parts of the valve can form an effective seal to prevent the leakage of media and ensure the safety of the system.
Anti-static Device: It effectively reduces electrostatic accumulation and lowers the risk of sparks caused by static electricity. It is especially applicable to environments with flammable and explosive media, guaranteeing the safety and reliability of the operation process.
Anti-blowout Stem Design: With its unique stem structure, it can prevent the stem from being blown out even under high pressure, enhancing the stability and safety of the valve.
Double Block and Bleed Function: When the valve is closed, it can block the media in the upstream and downstream simultaneously and safely discharge the residual media through the vent on the intermediate cavity, further improving the operational safety.
Emergency Seal Injection Device: In case of seal failure, the sealant can be injected into the valve seat through the emergency seal injection device to quickly restore the sealing performance and provide an additional guarantee for the normal operation of the system.
