Main Features
Forged Steel Material: The valve body is made of ASTM A105 forged steel, which has high strength, good toughness, can withstand high-pressure impacts, and also possesses excellent corrosion resistance.
Three-Piece Structure: The valve consists of three parts, facilitating disassembly and maintenance. The middle part can be easily replaced without the need to dismantle the entire pipeline system.
Threaded Connection: It offers multiple threaded connection methods (such as NPT, BSPT, BSPP, etc.), providing convenient and quick installation as well as reliable sealing performance.
Full Bore Design: There are two options available, full bore or reduced bore. The full bore design can reduce fluid resistance and increase the flow rate.
Bidirectional Sealing: High-quality PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) or RPTFE (Reinforced Polytetrafluoroethylene) sealing rings are adopted to ensure reliable sealing in both forward and reverse directions.
Blowout-Proof Stem: The valve is designed with a blowout-proof stem, which ensures that the stem will not be blown out under high-pressure working conditions, enhancing operational safety.
Multiple Operation Modes: Manual operation (such as by handle or handwheel), pneumatic actuators or electric actuators can be selected to meet the requirements of automated control under different working conditions.
